Tina's is a one of a kind bar. It starts rockin late but then goes on all night (sometimes till 4:30 am). One great thing about this place is eighteen year olds enter no problem. Being in Dutchess County with a cafe license allows this, The policy is: 18 to enter, 21 to drink. Hey, don't forget, they start serving breakfast at 3:00 am !!!

From CT -- I-84 WEST to exit 17 (yes in NY).
RIGHT at bottom of ramp.
